Our manufacturing department is led by an experienced management team with an excellent knowledge and understanding of modern toy production processes. We possess over 150 modern energy-efficient injection molding machines, including fast injection and vertical injection molding machines. Our facilities include multiple Play-Doh production lines, with an annual output of over 300 million cans of modelling compound. We are also equipped with spraying and pad printing workshops; our automatic color printing machines enable intricate coloring processes on plastic components. Lastly, our vinyl (PVC) workshops comprise of more than 60 assembly lines manned by capable assembly staff. From production to assembly to packaging, our company can handle all our client's needs comprehensively.

Our engineering department is led by a highly qualified project manager (PM) with decades of practical experience in toy and product development. The PM and his team help plan and implement development programs, minimize risk in the production process, and monitor project details so that our products are delivered to clients on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Our senior engineering team, skilled in design, materials, production processes, and operations, is well prepared to support toy manufacturers worldwide in developing complex and challenging toys.

At each and every stage of product development and production, our company strictly complies with intellectual property rules as laid out by our clients. We have established a dedicated office for the development and protection of sample products, and our facilities enforce strict access controls, sample tracing, and document processing rules; ensuring that sensitive information and our client's intellectual property rights are fully protected.

Quality control is strictly implemented in accordance with Chinese standard GB6675,Canadian SOR standard, Japanese ST standard, European Community safety standard EN-71 for toys, and American safety regulations (ASTM-963). Our company maintains a Quality Assurance & Enhancement (QAE) team that works closely with clients to develop inspection standards that comply with their requirements, covering all safety, functionality and reliability control points. The quality assurance procedure laid out by our QAE team is then followed by our Quality Control (QC) team and all products are subjected to rigorous inspections throughout the entire production process. The QC team fully utilizes the 5 core tools of quality, ensuring our client's compete satisfaction. We have a physical testing laboratory that has fully passed client and notary public audits. The laboratory includes a metrology room dedicated to calibrating internal instruments, mainly calibrating instruments for length measurement, mechanical measurement, thermal measurement, and more. This greatly facilitates the convenience of internal instrument calibration within the factory.
