Our current factory was established in 1988, and today we employ over 2500 employees and our facilities cover over 100,000 square meters. OEM/ODM Schedule and Process
Step 1: Concept creation：Clients provide design files (2D and 3D), reference images, target price and other specifications for quotes and feasibility review.
Step 2: Developing a Prototype：Our engineers will work with the client to develop the design, providing advice on structure and recommending suitable materials and assembly methods.
Step 3: Mold Production：Once the design is finalized, we will create the mold/tools for production.
Step 4: Sample Production：A sample batch will be made to confirm the quality of the product satisfies our client's demands.
Step 5: Manufacturing：Under the supervision of our experienced staff, our factory can efficiently output the desired number of units with minimal error.
Step 6: Quality Control / Quality Assurance：All products are subjected to strict inspections by our QC and QA teams throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Step 7: Shipping & Delivery：Finally, our Shipping department ensures the finished products are delivered safely and on time to wherever our client requires.
